Former Osprey utility player David Narodowski (2009) has been promoted from Class A-Short Season Yakima to Class A South Bend. Narodowski takes over for Zach Walters, who was traded to the Washington Nationals’ organization when the Arizona Diamondbacks acquired pitcher Jason Marquis.

Narodowski hit .233 in 66 games with the Osprey in 2009, with seven home runs and 22 RBIs. He played at second base, third base, shortstop and also played two games in left field while in Missoula, and was part of the squad that played for the Pioneer League championship in 2009.
