OK – other notes:
– With the Great Falls win over Helena last night, the Osprey could be at least in second place with a win tonight.
– While the Osprey are 4-4 on the road, they have won four of their last six games away from Ogren Park Allegiance Field.
– Former Osprey reliever Jose Valverde (2000) was named to the AL All-Star squad on Sunday. Valverde – who had earned back-to-back All-Star nods with the Detroit Tigers – is 2-3 with a 3.00 ERA and 20 saves – tied for third-best in the AL.
